The PairCare Monthly Challenge (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by PairCare and its partner brand for each monthly cycle (collectively, the “Sponsor”). Each month’s prize provider may differ; the partner brand for the current cycle is identified within the PairCare app on the Ranks screen and in the winner announcement.
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have an active PairCare account paired with a partner. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of PairCare and its sponsors are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Each Promotion runs from 12:00 AM Central Time on the first day of a calendar month to 11:59 PM Central Time on the last day of that calendar month (the “Promotion Period”). PairCare’s server clock is the official timekeeper.

Winners are determined objectively by the total combined PairPoints earned by both members of a paired couple during the Promotion Period, as recorded by PairCare’s servers. The top three (3) couples by combined PairPoints at the end of the Promotion Period are the winners.
In the event of a tie, the couple who reached the tied PP total earliest in the Promotion Period wins. PairCare’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding.
This is a skill-based contest. Winners are determined by app activity, not chance, lottery, or random drawing.
Each month’s prize package is provided by that month’s partner brand and announced in-app on the Ranks screen and in the winner announcement. Prizes may include gift cards, experiences, physical products, or other items selected by the partner brand for that cycle.
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution will be provided except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize value are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winners will be notified within seven (7) business days of the end of the Promotion Period via the email address associated with their PairCare account and via in-app notification. Winners may be required to provide a mailing address or other delivery details to receive their prize.
If a winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) calendar days, fails to respond, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select the next eligible couple from the leaderboard.
PairCare uses automated anti-gaming systems and human review to ensure fair competition. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity — including but not limited to fake accounts, automated activity, collusion, exploitation of bugs, harassment, or abusive behavior — may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. PairCare reserves the right to invalidate PairPoints earned through fraudulent means at any time.
Prize verification is performed by PairCare founders before distributing prizes, as described in our Privacy Policy §5.
By entering, you consent to PairCare collecting and using your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. Winner first names plus last initial may be displayed within the app on a past-champions list. Full names and contact information are never publicly disclosed without explicit consent.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PairCare, its sponsors, affiliates, and any of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damages that may occur from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or while participating in this Promotion.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc. or Google LLC. You are providing your information to PairCare and its sponsors, not to Apple or Google.
PairCare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond PairCare’s reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Any such modifications will be posted on this page.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
