You can delete your PairCare account at any time. This page explains how.

Community posts and comments you made are reassigned to a "[Deleted User]" placeholder rather than being deleted. This preserves conversations for other users in the feed while stripping your identity from the content. Any name mentions in post text are replaced with "@[deleted]".
This is disclosed in our Terms of Service §6.
The deletion is immediate in our application database (under 30 seconds). Your data is fully removed from active systems within 30 days at the latest. Backend server logs (non-identifying operational logs, not account content) may persist up to 90 days.
If you've lost access to your account (forgot password, lost email access, device stolen, etc.) and can't use the in-app flow, email us from an address that can verify your identity:
We'll respond within 72 hours. We may ask you to confirm ownership (for example, by replying from the email address on the account) before deleting. If your account is paired with a partner, your partner will be notified that the couple has been dissolved.
